Hi, I’m Betty. Originally from Scotland and now living in Türkiye, I create figurative oil paintings that explore inner strength, personal growth, and moving toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
Through my art, I express resilience, renewal, and a sense of inner freedom. Using light, colour, and the human form, my paintings invite you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own strength and possibility.
I paint with a simple intention:
to remind people of what they already carry within — courage, hope, and the ability to shape a life that feels peaceful and true to who they are.
