"Centred" is about a woman who has found herself and trusts who she is.

She no longer looks to others for approval, she no longer shapes herself to fit in or feel the need for acceptance. Noise and opinions still exist but they don't move her the way they once did.  

 

She stands grounded and self-assured. Comfortable in her own skin. Certain of who she is.

The blurred crowd around her represents everything that used to pull at her — expectations, comparison, the need to be accepted. Now, those things fade into the background. They are present, but they no longer define her.
