Window to the Soul is a tribute to the power of journalling to help soothe our emotions and organise our thoughts.  When thoughts feel tangled, writing can help them make sense and become clearer.  Putting words onto paper creates space — it allows us to step out of our heads and see what is really there instead of carrying everything inside. What once felt confusing begins to gain clarity and perspective.

Through this painting, you are invited to pause. The large window allows light into the room, suggesting space to think and space to breathe. It also acts as a symbol — a window into ourselves. It reminds us that clarity rarely comes through force; it arrives when we give ourselves time, patience, and somewhere safe to place our thoughts.
