Hi, I’m Betty. Originally from Scotland and now living in Türkiye. I create figurative oil paintings that express resilience, transformation, and the freedom that follows deep inner change.
Through light, colour, and the human form, my work invites you to pause and meet your own sense of possibility. My paintings are not answers, but open spaces — places to reflect, feel, and to remember the qualities that already live within you.
I paint with a simple intention:
to remind people of their ability to shape a life that feels peaceful and true to who they are.
