Time is a gift we rarely give ourselves. Life can move so fast, with every gap filled. But it is in these moments that we begin to hear what we actually want in life.

It was in moments like this — a warm cup, soft light, nowhere to be — that my most important thinking began. With my finance career behind me and a new life in Türkiye, I finally had the opportunity to explore my thoughts and instincts. It was during these moments that I decided I would teach myself to paint and share my story.
